The actions "Neighborhoods Sing" organized by the Ladies' Union and the Regional Unit of Drama were completed.

The actions fully achieved its goal, which was to get the people of Drama out of their homes and revive small and large neighborhoods of the city. The concerts were organised on three different dates, in squares away from the centre, namely in Stenimachos, Ioustinianos and Ortaki squares. The band "The Three Asmatofilakes" stirred up the large audience with well-known Greek and popular songs. The concerts were part of the action under the general title "Information and awareness project for the population on social care issues" enriched by sounds of Greek art music, seeking the participation of the population in awareness and social care actions and the reduction of the feeling of loneliness in everyday life. Welcoming the events, the president of the Ladies' Union of Drama, Aliki Tsiamoura, stressed that next year other squares will be selected, in order to give the opportunity to more of our fellow citizens to spend beautiful and special autumn evenings.
