On Wednesday, September 17, 2025, at 10:00 a.m., the meetings of the Creative Workshop "ANTHIZOUME" organized by the Ladies' Union of Drama-H.O.H. will be held again.
The workshops will include cognitive enhancement activities, such as memory and creative thinking games, which enhance the concentration and interaction of the participants. The aim of the workshop, in which senior citizens participate, is to encourage their active participation in life, while also strengthening their cognitive, mental, and physical functions through creative activities and games. The "ANTHIZOUME" meetings help individuals manage feelings of loneliness or sadness that may arise due to isolation or the loss of loved ones. The group nature of the workshop contributes to the socialization of the beneficiaries and the development of friendly relationships between them. It boosts their self-esteem, as through discussions and exchanges of experiences, they discover that they are not alone in their difficulties. Each month will have its own theme, offering activities that strengthen the mental and emotional well-being of the participants.
The workshop continues to welcome new participants with open arms, giving those who wish to do so the opportunity to experience moments of creativity, joy, and social interaction.
