Organized by the Regional Unit of Drama and the Ladies Union of Drama – HOH

This year's series of concerts, “NEIGHBORHOODS SING,” has once again come to a successful conclusion, filling six different neighborhoods of Drama with music, dance, and vibrant energy.
The concerts took place at Justinian Park, Stenimachos Park, Ortakio Park, Komninon Park, Anaplasi Park, and Eleftherias Square, attracting more than 2,000 participants and creating opportunities for local residents to come together, connect, and enjoy musical entertainment.
The initiative was organized by the Regional Unit of Drama and the Ladies Union of Drama – HOH, as part of the “Public Information and Awareness-Raising Plan on Social Welfare Issues.”
The main objective of this initiative is to combat feelings of loneliness in everyday life, encourage social participation, strengthen bonds among residents, and promote social interaction through the power of music.
Music is a powerful means of expression, communication, and emotional empowerment. It can help improve mood, support adolescents in managing their emotions, and provide older adults with opportunities for creative expression, communication, and active participation in social life.
Through this initiative, music is highlighted as a means of bringing people together and strengthening social cohesion, reminding us of the importance of human connection and collective participation in the everyday life of the city.
