An event filled with children's smiles and wishes
The event "Children decorate the Drama Food Bank tree" took place in a festive atmosphere with music, singing, and wishes.
Specifically, on Wednesday, November 19, students from the Xeropotamos Elementary School "flooded" the atrium of the Open Hospitality House. With enthusiasm and taste, they decorated the tree with symbolic food ornaments, spreading the message that this Christmas we are donating food to FB Drama. Earlier, they attended the educational workshop "Children learn about the Drama Food Bank," playing an interactive quiz on combating hunger and waste, and then they made packages and distributed them to beneficiaries.
The Drama Food Bank
The Drama Food Bank is the fourth food bank in Greece, founded by the Drama Ladies' Association – Open Hospitality House in October 2019. It is a member of the European Federation of Food Banks (FEBA) and its primary goal is to combat hunger and food waste by meeting the nutritional needs of hundreds of beneficiaries on a daily and monthly basis.
