On Friday 8 November 2024, the Food Bank of Drama opens its doors for the students of the 2nd Primary School of Drama in the framework of the new action “Students get to know the Food Bank of Drama”.
The children will have the opportunity: a) to watch a short presentation and play an interactive quiz, b) to visit the premises of the Food Bank of Drama, c) to make parcels with long-life food and personal hygiene products, d) to distribute them in order to raise awareness and knowledge about food waste and the needs of our fellow human beings.
The action “Students know the Food Bank of Drama” is implemented by the Ladies’ Union of Drama – Η.Ο.Η. and is carried out in cooperation with the Primary Education of Drama. The aim of this action is the experiential approach to the objectives of the Food Bank of Drama concerning the fight against hunger and food waste.
