The Ladies' Union of Drama – HOH is actively participating in Dream City Drama again this year, implementing a rich program of educational and creative activities with a strong social impact.
To date, its presence in the city's Christmas park has been warmly embraced by young and old alike, with hundreds of children participating daily in the activities hosted at the Ladies' Union of Drama – HOH house. The focus of the activities is on raising awareness and empowering children. The educational activity "Secrets you shouldn't keep," dedicated to the issue of school bullying, attracted the participation of 226 children, who were encouraged through discussion to speak openly and seek help for situations that upset them at school. At the same time, 70 children attended the theater performance "Karagiozis the Ballerina," an activity that, with humor and sensitivity, highlighted the need to break down gender stereotypes and accept diversity.
Artistic expression also played an important role in the program. Fifty-five children participated in the art workshop "I Paint Christmas," capturing their imagination and festive mood, while 36 children created their own Christmas decorations through a craft activity that enhanced creativity and collaboration. The storytelling of the fairy tale "The ant does not waste…", which was attended by 95 children, teaching them in a simple and understandable way the importance of responsible food management and support for the Drama Food Bank. The results so far confirm that the activities of the Ladies Union of Drama – HOH in the christmas village Oniroupoli as a vibrant hub of learning, creativity, and social awareness. With a steadfast focus on the values of solidarity, equality, and respect, the LUD-HOH continues to contribute significantly to the creation of a safe and inclusive environment for children, within the festive atmosphere of the city's largest Christmas event.
