As part of the cooperation between the Ladies’ Union of Drama-House of Open Hospitality and the “Mission HUMAN” organization, the “Mission WOMAN 45+: embracing her needs” program was launched last week and will be completed in February 2025, for free screenings for thirty-six (36) beneficiary women over 45 years old, at private diagnostic centers. The package of tests includes Digital Mammography, Breast Ultrasound, Bone Density Measurement and Biochemical Blood Tests. The aim of the programme is to provide free basic medical screening tests to women aged 45 and over from vulnerable groups with limited or no access to health services. So far one third of the women have completed their tests expressing gratitude for the implementation of this programme. It should be noted that a prerequisite for participation in the programme is that women have not been tested for at least two years.
